Beauty, Art & Gift Show (BAGS) was created to offer a platform for women-owned and minority small businesses to showcase and sell their goods to the public and provide a unique shopping experience.
Our goal is to encourage customers to shop with our premier vendors and experience the benefits of shopping with small businesses, rather than large retail outlets. The benefits includes: 1). Putting money back into the community; 2). Obtaining a plethora of unique, handmade goods not available at a larger retailer; 3). Providing an economic impact; 4). Receiving personalized service and greater levels of customer service, and small business owners make a point of developing relationships with their customers to learn their needs and preferences; 5). Getting product diversity that fills a more narrow niche for those looking for uncommon items; and 6). When small business owners become successful, it can be the right encouragement for other people to take the plunge and also become entrepreneurs.
The BAGS pop-up events are organized by Natasha Gates, who is the owner of Natasha's Doll Boutique. As an owner of a small business, she has participated as a vendor at numerous festivals, craft shows, tradeshows and business expos, locally and throughout the United States. Additionally, she has the background of developing and promoting her own pop-up events, giving her a level of expertise as both a business owner and vendor.
We are looking for vendors who work hard at their craft and offer products that represents cultural pride and beauty. If that's you, come join BAGS to sell your merchandise and services at our series of pop-up market events in a relaxed and safe atmosphere.
