What are "Off Flavors" and What Causes Them
Learn the most common things that can go wrong between the time the water starts boiling to when the beer hits your lips. Different problems cause different "off-flavors" - what do they taste like? How can you prevent them? Are there some times an "off" flavor is desirable?

Let's Drink Some Bad Beer!
Drink some beers spiked with off-flavor or hit by light for too long. Learn to compare these flavors to what you know a style "should" taste like.

Let's Drink Some Much Better Beer!
For this class, we reward you with one more good beer to end it on, so we don't leave a bad taste in your mouth... literally or figuratively.

And side note: the REAL proper way to taste beer is to enjoy it with the people you love
 See you on February 26
