In 2016, I launched the Instagram account @airwaterandgreens to share my passion for healthy eating. Around the same time, I was diagnosed with several health issues, including hypothyroidism, leaky gut, major hormonal imbalances, and gluten intolerance. Determined to heal naturally, I discovered the transformative power of
anti-inflammatory foods and the Paleo lifestyle.
Embracing this lifestyle meant giving up many foods, including one of my favorites—bread. After years without it, I decided to create my own recipe because I couldn't find anything on the market that met my dietary needs and tasted great. It took a year to perfect, and I’m thrilled to finally share it with you!
In addition to changing my diet, I eliminated toxins from my life, such as plastics, chemical cleaners, and certain skincare brands, which some specialists believe were the root cause of my health problems. This journey made it essential to ensure that AWG Bakery bags and labels are non-toxic, BPA-free, eco-friendly, and 100% compostable.
Bread has been a staple for thousands of years, bringing people together. I'm excited to share my
gluten-free Everyday Bread with everyone so they can enjoy delicious bread regardless of dietary restrictions and feel great about eating it!
