Trailblazers & Changemakers
Beyond the Burnout
Burnout isn't a personal failing — it's what happens when ambition runs without guardrails. This October, The Dot brings together three women who've built real careers and figured out how to stay in them, for an evening of honest conversation about what sustainable success actually looks like.

What's included:
Doors open at 5:00 PM for food, drinks, and networking. At 6:30, we move into a moderated panel discussion where our panelists will share their personal stories and insights around burnout.

Laura King spends her career helping people see more potential in themselves than they give themselves credit for. As an executive recruiter and founder of UNLOK, she coaches high performers on unhooking their self-worth from their output — a message she expands on in her book, Shine Brighter.

Tami Diehm is President of Winthrop & Weinstine, one of the Twin Cities' top law firms, where she's spent over two decades balancing a full legal practice and now with leading the firm itself. Her approach to leadership: coach her team toward their own definition of a sustainable career, not just hers.

Rosie Nestingen founded Rebloom Health and writes Dear Rosie. She's survived a health crisis and a layoff, and built a company through both — work that's been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Fast Company, and on the TEDx stage.
