Emcee for the evening will be Captain Holly Cote of the Chicopee Police Department helping us with our Best Sneakers Contest! Decorate or purchase a new pair, be creative and get ready to show off your sneakers for the evening.

Dinner will be served at 6:30pm. While you are having dinner, enjoy a short presentation, find out who will win the Best Sneakers Contest and finish with a few live auction items to bid on!

Chicken a La Vodka - pan seared chicken with house a la vodka sauce over penne pasta and vegetable medley.
Coconut White Fish - panko & coconut dusted scrod served in a citrus cream sauce with orzo rice pilaf and vegetable medley.
Eggplant Roulade - lightly breaded eggplant medallions with an herb ricotta filling served on a bed of julienne vegetable medley with roasted red pepper cream sauce.
