We’re building something new in the Northern Lower

A dedicated, brick-and-mortar sauna and cold plunge sanctuary right here in Traverse City. We’re hosting this gathering to bring you into the process.

We’d love to know:
* Is a dedicated sauna and cold plunge space something you’d make part of your self-care routine?
* What would make this a space you’d come back to again and again?
* Would you be interested in becoming a founding member? Founding members will be among the first to experience the space, with early access, priority booking, and special perks when we officially open our doors.

This is not a concept. We’re on a mission to build a place where people can slow down, reconnect, and share conversation. A restorative setting for adults of all ages to relax, unplug, and engage with others.

If you’re planning to stop by, let us know when to expect you. Bring your towel, water bottle, and a good story. We'll have sauna and cold plunge on site! There is also a changing area and restroom.

Can’t make it this time? No problem. Let us know if you’d like to stay in the loop for future pop-ups, updates, and news as we get closer to opening.

Thanks,
The Paper Birch Team
