Who is this event for?
This event is open to everyone, professionals and retirees alike and is open to all golf skill levels.
How do I get there?
You will be responsible for all travel and ground transportation arrangements to the Four Seasons Dallas.
Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) is 7 miles or 15 mins away by car.
Ride sharing services like Lyft & Uber are recommended.
What if I am local to the Dallas area?
We will be offering day passes closer to the event. Email Keisha George [email protected]
to be added to the waitlist.
Locals are also welcome to stay at the hotel, please purchase a ticket to secure accommodations.
Are accommodations single occupancy?
Yes, all rooms are single occupancy.
Can I extend my stay at the hotel or arrive early?
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, September 1, 2021 are eligible for a 75% refund.
Any registrations cancelled on or after Thursday, September 2, 2021 are non-refundable.
Registration fees cannot be transferred to another individual.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If the event is cancelled or postponed, registration will be transferred to the same event at a future date.
Black Girls Golf does not assume responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; including charges made for travel and lodging.
What is the dress code?
Golf Attire - slacks, capri pants, skirts, skorts, collared shirts, sweaters, appropriate golf headgear, and footwear intended for golf.
Casual attire for non golf events.
Saturday Evening Celebration - cocktail attire
Can I book golf time by myself outside of the schedule?
Yes, all attendees will receive discounts on green fees. We will collect interest closer to the event.
Can I rent golf clubs?
Golf clubs will be provided for the scheduled Clinics and Scramble, that said you are welcome to rent them for $90 per day outside of these scheduled times. Please indicate this request during registration.
