The Realtist® Institute of Leadership presents a transformative 12-week intensive training, meticulously crafted to empower emerging Black leaders by addressing unique challenges and reinforcing the principles of diversity and inclusive leadership. This immersive program, set in a fully virtual environment, is enriched with comprehensive research, practical tools, and multifaceted assessments, focusing on cultivating culturally relevant leadership, fostering empowerment and self-efficacy, and driving organizational and societal impact. Participants engage in two-hour weekly virtual sessions, augmented by substantial pre-work and self-study, allowing them to delve deeply into each module's learning objectives and outcomes. 2024 Memphis Cohort Special Program Pricing
The program standard tuition is $2500.00. Participants selected to participate in the cohort will be required to pay a $500 seat reservation fee upon notification of acceptance. This fee is non-refundable and is a part of the tuition amount.
Scholarship Options: For individuals who demonstrate need or exceptional merit but may not afford the standard prices. Application for need based scholarships are included in the program application process. Both full and partial scholarships are available.
Payment Plans: Individuals have the opportunity to apply for both need based scholarship consideration and/or an installment payment plan.
