Dr. Mwebesa has been with Save the Children for over 16 years. She is a seasoned obstetrician and gynecologist with over 30 years of experience. Born in Uganda, Dr. Mwebesa is deeply committed to improving the well-being of women and children. Throughout her career, she has focused on advancing maternal, newborn, and child survival in resource-limited settings.
