Hensel Phelps is hosting the first outreach event regarding the Boise Airport project. The event will offer trade partners a comprehensive overview of the project, details concerning the schedule for bid packages, information on pre-qualification requirements, the bid award process, and the construction timeline.

Following the presentation, trade partners will have the opportunity to engage with Hensel Phelps staff to address any questions related to the project.

The Concourse Development and Terminal Improvements project is part of the Boise Airport’s Capital Improvement Plan. The work will be delivered as two separate projects: East and West.

The East project includes a new, 80,000 SF standalone baggage handling building with a conventional conveyor system, along with improvements to the existing terminal.

The West project includes the buildout of Concourse A, a 100,000 SF facility with capacity for up to 10 gates, and a standalone central utility plant that will house the airport’s primary mechanical and electrical systems.
