Leaders in the trampoline park industry are faced with new operational challenges. Guest feedback has show that their expectations have changed, and as a result so has the perception of their experience. . As the world continues to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic, many guests are still on high alert when it comes to their sense of sanitation and physical distancing, whereas other guests feel frustrated that changes had to happen at all. There is No "Business As Usual": Dig Deeper to Connect With Your Customers
Andre Lawless, CMO & One-Man Marketing Army - Lawless Marketing
Following a year of hibernation and recent months of people coming out again post-pandemic, it is clear that things have changed in location-based amusement and consumer behavior. Amid this uncertainty and unpredictability, all businesses are start-ups now. It’s a great time to go back to basics and dig deeper to resonate with your current and future customers. Startups have the advantage of approaching their businesses with fresh eyes. What you do differently with your brand and marketing if you were just starting out now? It is crucial that you stay on top of your competition to better understand how to position your business and clearly identify who is taking away your potential customers. This is the center of all effective marketing of products, services, or companies in a competitive market. What makes you different and better? Seems simple, but so many established companies have positioning that is vague and could also be owned by any of their competitors. How do you stand out? Is it your product offering? Is it your customer service? Your origin story? Your mission? If you go deeper - into psychology, emotions, and data - you can develop deeper connections and stand out in the crowd.
