We will be catching our flight home on the Friday 28th of Feb 2025 from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) at 9:30am (Emirates Flight) where we will land in Birmingham (BHX) at 18:45pm.

Arriving in Bangkok
Our flight to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) lands on
Thursday 13th of February 2025 at 18:05pm.
That evening on the 13th of February will be doing an overnight stay for one night at the Tinidee Trendy Hotel Khaosan, Bangkok.
I have booked the Tinidee Trendy Hotel directly as a group booking for all those traveling in our group.
If you require to be added onto this please let me know as this was at a discounted rate rather than booking through booking.com.

Traveling to Koh Chang
We will be traveling from Bangkok to Koh Chang Island (where our wedding venue is) on the morning of the 14th of February.
I will be arranging private minibuses to take the group from the Tinidee Trendy Hotel Khaosan, Bangkok to Chivapuri Resort, Koh Chang . These minibuses are working out to around £20-£25 per person. If you would like to be included in this transport option please let me know as i am yet to book this. This price includes pick up, ferry ticket and drop off at our resort.

Road / Ferry / Road
In total approx 5-5:30hrs
1. Drive from Suvarnabhumi Airport, Bangkok to Ao Thammachat Pier (Trat) - Approx 4/4:30 hrs
2. Ferry from Ao Thammachat Pier (Trat) to Ao Sapparot Pier, Koh Chang - Approx 30 mins
3. Drive from Ao Sapparot Pier, Koh Chang - Chivapuri Beach Resort, Koh Chang - Approx 30-45 mins
We then plan to be at our wedding venue Chivapuri Beach Resort by 3pm that same day, on the 14th.

As we are having our wedding at this resort we have discounted rates for our guests staying.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will take place on Sunday 16th of February 2025.

Availability of these rooms will be on a first come first serve basis and requires you to complete the below form. This is a private secluded resort and only has around 30 rooms. As all rooms have bee held for our wedding party during this time it will not be available to book on their website or other sites.

We also have completed the above form, provided passport copy/photo & copy of my card (with sortcode and account no hidden). Payment was taken from me from the hotel directly "Chivapuri Beach Resort" which i had to authorise through my bank - if this does not work then the hotel can can send you a payment link to use which is a better option (you may need to request this). The hotel making payment or you making a payment on the payment link is the best option. If you do a bank transfer from your credit card or debit card you are not covered by any fraud or theft through your bank so you are always better to do a payment or for them to take payment.
I did also check company VAT number and address details all online to ensure they all matched up.

After our wedding and staying at the Chivapuri Beach Resort we will be leaving on the 18th February and will be heading to KC Grande Resort, Koh Chang.
We will be staying at the KC Grande Resort from the
18th February - 27th of February (9 nights).

On the morning of the 27th February we traveling back from Koh Chang to Bangkok.
We will then be staying one night in Bangkok at the Grand BS Airport Hotel Suvarnabhumi on the evening on Thursday 27th of February. This hotel is an 8 minute drive from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi (BKK) hotel and does do free transfers.
