Expand your cultural horizons with an intimate dinner and choose-your-own-operatic-adventure spectacular! Join us as we welcome Opera on Tap Philadelphia on Wednesday, April 19th at Brick & Brew’s Private Events Venue on Darby Road in Havertown. The doors open at 6 PM, dinner will begin at 6:30 PM, and entertainment will begin at 8 PM, at which time dinner service will end. Cocktails will continue to be available for purchase once the show begins.

Regardless of whether you've heard the greatest hits of opera in movies or television or if you've been a lifelong fan of Opera Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Orchestra, and the Met, this show will have something for everyone! Don't miss this special opportunity to hear some of the area's best performers sing the classics up close and personal - and for the audience to choose them from a hat! The singers will share the context of each piece and offer a translation, so there's no need to speak a whole host of languages. As you'll see for yourself, opera tells relatable human stories and encompasses all the things we love about today's great dramas, comedies, and romances.

Founded in NYC in 2005, Opera on Tap was established with the goal of making the drama, beauty, and exhilaration of opera truly accessible to new communities everywhere. Since its inception, OOT has expanded to dozens of chapters throughout the US and internationally and performs in non-traditional venues, such as bars, restaurants, breweries, and even the occasional cemetery. Our mission is to produce innovative opera performances while supporting locally-based talent and fostering a deeper love of classical music.
