MEET THE PRO - SCOTTY CARDLE
Led by 20+ years of boxing experience, Scotty Cardle will get you boxing your way through a high-intensity 45 minute, full-body workout emphasising on all the technical elements of boxing with a little spice of cardio, strength and core.
Scott Cardle is a British former professional boxer who competed from 2012 to 2018. He held the British lightweight title from 2015 to 2017. As an amateur, he competed internationally across the world over 40 times, winning 5 gold, 4 silver and 2 bronze medals.

The only boxing workout you need to attend. Our full-body CARDLE classes, led by Scotty Cardle, will work your form from top-to-toe. A mixture of bag work, body weighted exercises and AMRAPs will have you torching calories whilst learning how to box.
