BUILDHER EXECUTIVE RETREAT
The future of construction is exciting: it’s building science, it’s finish
materials, it’s old-world techniques, it’s transformative ideas, and it's a new sales pitch.
While so much is unclear as our industry launches forward, what is clear is this: we’re
sure to improve the industry, and our businesses, if we all stick together.

The BuildHer Executive Retreat is curated exclusively for female executives in the home space. This is an immersive three days where we will deep dive into
social media influencing, building execution, and luxury client management. Morning
presentations will be given by female construction professionals who are proven thought
leaders and industry influencers in their own right. Afternoons will involve bonding
activities in beautiful settings designed for impactful networking and deep-rooted conversations.

To guarantee meaningful connections, we are limiting participation to a small group for an intimate setting. Plus we can only house so many of us within one home.

Meghan Billings
FOUNDER, MEG & CO
Nothing feels better to Meg than sitting down at a desk littered in plans with her red mark-up pen, yellow SharpWriter pencil, and laptop close at hand. She loves to create and she have found nothing to be as fulfilling as watching her creations come to life.

Meg graduated at the top of her class from Weber State University, as one of only two women in the Manufacturing Engineering program. She has been trained in the following 3D software packages: ArchiCAD, Catia, Solidworks, and Inventor.

She can hold her own with a MIG welder and can balance a metal lathe chuck like no one’s business. She's worked on the engineering team at Chromalox for two years, designing immersion heaters, before postponing her career to have a family.

Meg & her husband Tyler now have four kids chock-full of personality, mess, and laughter.
While designing and building their dream home and getting the opportunity to be involved with the ins and outs of general contracting, she realized how much she loved the details and possibilities of the process.
Allyson Case Anderson
Founder, integro builders
Allyson’s seed of passion for the built environment started in 2013 when she became a builder under duress, having hired a bad contractor and being forced to take over her own project. Over the years, this seed has manifested itself into a fervent conviction to appreciate, invigorate, and inspire residential buildings and commercial interiors.

In addition to participating as a professional speaker for industry organizations across the country, Allyson has been featured on HGTV, the Chicago Tribune, Forbes, Thrive Global, top-rated international podcasts, and other national publications. Allyson was recognized among America’s Top 50 Remodelers by Remodeling Magazine and Pro Remodeler Magazine’s Forty under 40.

She is a contributor for The Build Show, a media outlet educating custom build projects across the nation. Allyson is currently the President of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) of Greater Chicagoland and Council Member for the Urban Land Institute of Chicago.

WHAT TO WEAR?
We want this to be an authentic experience talking about the “real deal” of construction and what it takes to be successful as a female in
the industry. We’re not here to judge each other’s outfits and present a fashion façade designed to arm us for our environment. We’re here to support each other, be comfortable…and don’t worry, compliments on each other’s outfits ARE allowed!

The point is – you do you! Wear what makes you comfortable: yoga pants, t-shirts, trendy jackets, sundresses, gym shoes, cute shoes, prom dresses or sandals are all welcome! But remember - we are in the jungle.

We will be doing activities each day that encourage more casual attire and we will be outside every chance we get, even for the morning round table group discussions.

So, we recommend, at a minimum, bringing the following:
- Athletic pants, shoes, and tops
- Swimsuits
- A jacket/sweater for layering (we may have a coastal breeze)
- Pajamas …well, actually, whatever! Just remember you’re not the ONLY ONE with a balcony.
