Arguably, fixed bids are the most beneficial contracts for both the client and the builder – if it’s done right. Many builders defer to cost-plus contracts to protect their margins from cost overages and unforeseen conditions on projects; however, cost-plus contracts do not always benefit the clients’ budgets or the builders’ margins. As part of your BuildHer Retreat package, we’ve scheduled a 60-minute massage for each of you on Tuesday OR Thursday. Your assigned time will be sent via email, so keep an eye out!
If you’re not scheduled for a massage that day, consider it a gift of uninterrupted time for yourself—nap, read, or simply soak in the sounds of the ocean. However you choose to spend it, this moment is yours to relax, reset, and embrace pura vida.

You can search for those flights here, and would want to fly from SJO to Aeropuerto La Managua (XQP).

This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel restrictions.
However, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee if you are unable to attend. Name changes and transfers are permitted up to 30 days prior to the event start date. It is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to coordinate the transfer and notify our team of the replacement.
