Allyson is a Certified Passive House Builder. Her career spans residential development, commercial work, education, hospitality, light industrial, and institutional projects. She serves on multiple boards, councils, and advisory committees at the local, national, and international levels - notably, in this capacity, Allyson was a former Steering Committee Member for former City of Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot, facilitating the successful passage of ADU ordinances through City Council. This effort was recognized as a prototype across the nation.
In addition to participating as a professional speaker for industry organizations nationally and internationally, she has been featured in Forbes, Thrive Global, HGTV, The Chicago Tribune, top-rated international podcasts, and other national publications.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens, but due to the nature of this exclusive event, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
This includes cancellations due to personal reasons, scheduling conflicts, illness, or travel restrictions.
However, you may transfer your ticket to another attendee if you are unable to attend. Name changes and transfers are permitted up to 30 days prior to the event start date. It is the responsibility of the original ticket holder to coordinate the transfer and notify our team of the replacement.
