Debra started her career in International pharmaceutical businesses before moving on to running family-owned & privately owned businesses, managing up to 220 staff as a GM or CEO.
She then moved into her own businesses & ultimately coaching, spending 7 years working with The Icehouse and various other incubators around the world.
She has owned & run businesses for over 25 years & worked with over 300 businesses.
After a family tragedy & wake-up call, Debra is now passionate about helping entrepreneurs live their ideal life by using EOS to create a better business.

With her own personal experience co-founding a multinational business at the age of 30, navigating the U.S. financial crisis with a staff of 150+, to a successful exit after 10 years.
She moved her family from New York City to Australia in 2010. Since that time, she has held Director roles before launching the BX Collective in 2018.
Sheilah is a Business Coach to growth-oriented organisations and their leadership teams. With her international career, extensive lived experiences as an entrepreneur, and multifaceted training, she is most passionate about helping Leadership teams run smoother and grow 'healthier'!

Nick Clift
EOS INTEGRATOR | BUSINESS COACH
Nick Clift started his career in Information Technology in 1981. He quickly progressed through the service department. In 1995, he relocated from Melbourne to Sydney to take on the role of National Technical Support Manager for Unisys.
During this time, Nick and his wife Jeni, decided to leave the corporate world and start their own IT Services Business.
Roll forward 26 years, Nick has started 3 business's, acquired 2 businesses and completed a merger to form Otto IT in 2021. As an owner and co-founder of Otto IT (formerly DWM Solutions), Nick is instrumental in its almost 20 years of operation and success. For DWM, the implementation of EOS in 2017 was a crucial turning point. EOS created straightforward accountability throughout the company, a simple framework to measure targeted areas and instilled a culture of discipline throughout the organisation.
After seeing the impact of EOS in his business, he trained to become a Professional EOS Implementer and now works as an EOS Fractional Integrator to equip other entrepreneurs with the systems and tools for success.
