Casual Family Friendly Meetup at The Edge in Belleville
Kick off the reunion weekend with a relaxed, family-friendly evening at The Edge! Enjoy arcade games, laser tag, delicious food, drinks, and so much more. This event is perfect for those arriving the night before the main reception, and it's open to all ages—bring the family or come solo! This event is separate from Saturday's reception and is not included in the ticket price for the reunion. Reunion t-shirt pickup will also take place during this time, but we will have them on Saturday as well for the nostalgic photo in front of the Old West High School on Saturday. This casual event is completely optional.

Tour of the New Belleville West High School Campus
Following our class pic at the old BTHS-West, come explore the new Belleville West High School campus, filled with history and nostalgia. Take a tour to see the "Through the Decades" mural, Sports Hallway, Performing Arts Center lobby and theater, as well as the track and football stadium. The tour showcases old photos of West graduates through the years—a fun walk down memory lane!

This is the main event! Join us for a classy reception featuring drinks and heavy appetizers. Food, beer, wine, and soft drinks are included in the ticket price, with a cash bar available for cocktails and liquor. Dance the night away with tunes from DJ Maven, aka D'Wayne Jenkins, PhD, one of our fellow class of 2000 graduates! We will set aside a special space to lovingly remember and honor our classmates who are no longer with us. This promises to be a fun night to reconnect with old friends. Attire is business casual/smart casual.

The Weingarten is an open-air wine bar and private event space offering a relaxing, rustic setting located on acres of beautiful countryside. Conveniently located off Route 15 in Belleville IL, The Weingarten is a perfect place to unwind.

What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price ($60/person + processing fees) includes event space rental, beer, wine, soft drinks and heavy appetizers at The Weingarten reunion reception. Cash bar will be available for cocktails and liquor. All additional events outside of the reception at The Weingarten are not covered in the ticket price. 
Are the tickets refundable?
The tickets are non-refundable. If you purchase a ticket/s and are unable to attend, your purchase will be considered a donation to the BW Class of 2000 funds.

Can we bring a plus one?
Yes, plus ones are more than welcome, but do require an additional ticket. Each ticket covers the entry for one guest.
Can we bring kids?
The reunion reception at The Weingarten on Saturday, June 21st is for adults only.
The casual welcome event on Friday, June 20th at The Edge is an all ages, family friendly event.
The photo in the sunken garden at the old BTHS-West is for BW 2000 graduates only although plus-ones and kiddos are welcome to be there with you.
The tour of the new BTHS-West is family friendly.
Do you need any volunteers?
Yes, we greatly appreciate any help we can get! Volunteers are needed on the day of the event to assist with setting up the venue and getting the event space ready. We also need help with check-in that evening.
