We know that the field can be difficult to navigate, and we want to help. We'll be bringing together some of the most impressive experts in the industry, so you can learn from their experience and expertise. You'll also get a chance to network with other women in your field, which is crucial because it's so important to have mentors who know what it's like being a woman of color in this industry.

We are delighted to offer a range of registration options for the upcoming Black Women in Clinical Research Conference. Those who take advantage of early bird registration from
March 1st to April 7th can enjoy a discounted rate of $324.99 if they are gold members, while regular registration is available for $374.99. From April 8th to August 22ndgeneral registration will be open with gold members receiving a discounted rate of $374.99 and regular registration available for $424.99.
Please keep in mind that conference attendees are allowed to register only one guest for the black-tie dinner, but there will be an additional fee of $99.99. We would like to remind everyone that registration for the conference closes on August 22, 2023.
We take pride in offering participants a variety of benefits as part of their registration fees. These benefits include access to all educational and professional development sessions, panel discussions, and breakout rooms. Attendees will also have access to the Black-Tie Dinner and networking. Furthermore, participants can participate in the career fair, and meals will be served each day, including a dinner during the black tie event.
We would like to inform you that refunds will not be available. As such, we encourage participants to register early to secure their access to all of the conference's benefits and activities.
