Flights
All guests are responsible for booking their own flights to the event.
Ground Transportation
We will be covering ground transportation from Orlando International Airport to the hotel on October 26 and from the hotel to the airport on October 28. We request that you share with us your flight details so that we can arrange accordingly.
Arrival
Hotel check-in on October 26 is at 3:00 PM
Welcome activities begin at 6:00PM.
Attendees are requested to arrive in time for the welcome event.
Departure
The meeting concludes at 12pm on October 28. Hotel check-out is at 11:00 AM. When booking your flight please note it is a 30 minute drive to the airport.

Annual in-person attendance at our client advisory board event. MedRisk will cover costs of hotel accommodations, transportation to-and-from airport, food and beverage, special event activities.
What other expectations are there?
We will reach out to our board periodically for input on new ideas, to share research and for participation in thought leadership activities.
How will we get updates about what was discussed?
MedRisk will update the board on a quarterly basis (or more frequently, as appropriate) to provide updates and continue the conversation on initiatives and research discussed at the event and any initiated via periodic engagements with board members.
Will I be paid or compensated in any way?
No
