To register for the CAJO's 8th Biennial Conference:

1. Send us an email at [email protected] indicating your full name, title, judiciary/organisation, and whether you'd like to register as an individual or a group.

2. You will receive and invoice and link to pay from us. Follow the instructions from that email.

3. Once we have received your payment receipt, you will receive a confirmation email.
Registration FAQs
1. Entry Requirements - To attend the CAJO’s 8th Biennial Conference, it is mandatory that ALL participants meet the requirements to enter Bermuda. These requirements can be accessed by clicking HERE. Please stay updated as entry requirements are subject to change at any time.

2. What is your refund policy?

· Up to 30 days prior to Conference start date – 50% of fee paid.
· Within 30 days of the Conference start date – no refund

Please note that refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Any associated costs will be incurred by the registrant.

3. I’ve registered, what’s next? – Upon submitting your registration, you should receive an email from us with payment details within 24 hours. You may have to check your Spam/Junk folder. If you have not received this email after twenty-four hours of submitting your registration form, please contact us at [email protected].

4. I’ve paid but not received my receipt. What do I do? – Upon receiving the payment link and after having made your payment online, you should receive an email with a copy of your receipt/transaction from WiPay. If you have not received this, please reach out to us at [email protected].

5. I’ve registered and have to pay at the Conference. What types of payment are accepted? – If you are paying in-person at the Conference, the following methods of payment are accepted:

· online via credit card
· cash
· CERTIFIED cheques (personal cheques not accepted)

6. Is my registration payment transferrable to another conference if I am unable to attend? – If you have registered and paid for attendance at the 8th Biennial Conference, your payment will not be transferrable to another conference. For refunds, see our refund policy.

7. Is my registration payment transferrable to another judicial officer for the 8th Biennial Conference if I am unable to attend? – Yes, please contact us via [email protected] to make relevant changes. Please note, the CAJO is not responsible for any flight or accommodation arrangements/changes.

8. What is included in the conference registration fees? The registration fee is inclusive of the 3-day conference, materials, lunches, snacks, refreshments, and select social events. There may be social events that require payment.

9. If I have an accompanying guest, what are they entitled to? Accompanying guests are invited to attend only the opening and closing ceremonies of the Conference and any no-cost activities. Please note that meals are not included for the accompanying guest.

10. I only want to attend one (1) day of the Conference. Can I be offered a reduced rate? There is a standard fee for the Conference, see the list of fees above.

11. I’ve paid for a social event, but I am unable to make it. Can I have a refund? Due to the nature of the social events, we are unable to provide a refund for any social events.
