Join GCU’s culinary arts program for student-made smash burgers with scratch-made ingredients, classic technique and bold flavors.

Open to students, faculty, staff and Phoenix-area burger lovers. Two nights only (dining dollars accepted)!

$18 Burger Meal includes:
• Smash-style burger with caramelized onions melted cheese, not-so-secret
signature sauce and house-made pickles on a house-made brioche bun
• Choice of hand cut fries or house-made kettle chips
• Vegetarian burger option available upon request, while supplies last
