Arrival to camp begins Friday (Dec. 5) at 12 pm and first sessions begin at 2 pm.

Mounted clinics will feature high quality instruction with options of flat work, show jumping and cross-country by our very own National Examiners Janna Bankston and Sarah Shade.
Unmounted instruction provided by the distinguished Mark Donovan (International course designer) as well as topics including comprehensive instruction on bandaging, longeing, anatomy/ confirmation/ systems, studying region testing kits and more.

REQUIREMENT FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS

We ask that you come ready to pitch in for whatever is asked and on your schedule. Pony Clubbers are good stewards, and this is the time to show this facility owner that we appreciate the opportunity!


Stabling
There are 28 stalls available (included in registration)

Lodging
It's a SLUMBER PARTY! On-site, there is a large classroom with a full kitchen and bathroom. Feel free to bring cots, blow- up mattresses, sleeping bags and pillows. Some basic cots are available. There is also a bunk room in the barn. We will assign rooms based on ages and attendees. This is FREE so just make yourself comfortable and enjoy your friends!

Three, private, 3-bedroom homes are available on property for just $300 per house for the weekend and this includes the cleaning fee.

18 RV spots with water and electric hookups for just $75 for the weekend.

Showers are available.

**This facility is in a rural area and there are not many amenities near. Please prepare for this "get-a-way" weekend.

Meals:
Friday evening:
COVERED DISH MEAL. Bring your favorite dish to share. There is a kitchen to heat up your food AND plug in a crockpot, etc.

Saturday and Sunday Meals and snacks will be provided.
Let us know all dietary restrictions/allergies in the registration question.
