The merger of two missions:
Catch The Vision Ministry— Our Mission is to help change the world by helping young people develop character, leadership skills and supporting people in recovery from addictions.   “One Life at a Time” 
Xcel Strategies Inc.— Our Mission is mentoring with purpose by providing holistic care for young people, setting and achieving goals whether it is personal education, employment or family, and providing jobs and opportunities through partnerships in the community.
Crescita Management and Livingston Associates will host a VIP event to introduce the collaboration of Catch The Vision and Xcel Strategies in bringing real hope to the Rochester Community, and their most precious component: their Youth! By providing a tried and true solution for identifying a community need and connecting that community with a solution, truly galvanizes hope.
The event will be held at 75 Stutson Street in the Charlotte Community and target 150 people who are difference makers in the community. The guest speakers will be J.D. Hill, NFL 1st round draft pick of the Buffalo Bills in 1971, All American from ASU, and founder of Catch The Vision Ministry along with Jay Thompson, Founder & CEO of Xcel Strategies Inc.
Attendees will learn how both these organizations have merged to introduce a new and exciting program geared toward transitioning our young people to successful skills.
