What's the refund policy?
You may request a refund online, due to an emergency, if notification received before the event begins.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. We will have your name on the registration list.
Can I update my registration information?
Yes. You should be able to log in and make any adjustments. We will print certificates about one week before the event, so any updates to name may not be reflected if closer to the event. (We can work to make corrections after the event, if necessary.)
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No it is not transferable. If you are unable to attend the training your registered for please send and email to
[email protected] before the start of the training. Your registration will be cancelled, refunded and you will be invited to register again for the training you are able to attend. If you send notice after the training starts you may receive only a partial refund.
How long is this training?
This is 6 hour training, please check your registration for start time and possible schedule.
