Ian Thomson is the President of Advanced Biofuels Canada, the national voice for producers, distributors, and technology developers of advanced biofuels and renewable synthetic fuels. The association’s members operate over 15 billion litres of installed production capacity worldwide, and supply the clean fuels used to meet North American and EU low carbon fuel standards. Ian has been a leading advocate for low-carbon transportation solutions since 2005, and co-developed Canada’s largest advanced biofuels refinery in 2013.
