Chamber Cup Bowling Challenge

Hello Team Captains & All Bowlers!
The “Chamber Cup Bowling Challenge” is Here!! Please read the following information carefully:
1. We hoped to collect as much money before the event/bowl-a-thon as possible. Courtney Carlton has been collecting payments as needed. We have a prize for the individual high score male and female. As well as team high score.
2. We are asking all bowlers to arrive at Bowlero Mechanicsville by 11:15 AM on August 23, 2025 to get your lane assignments, shoes, bowling balls, and Chamber Bowling event lane assignments.
3. Ten minutes of practice bowling will be from 12:00 PM- 12:10 PM and then your games will begin at 12:10PM. Please don’t attempt to practice before 12:00 PM because it creates errors in Bowlero’s scoring system. Please ask the employees at Bowlero if you need to make a change to the bowler names on the screen, or have a malfunction on the lane. You can use the call button at the lane or go to the front desk to seek assistance.
4. The bowling alley records your scores and there will be prizes for the team with the highest overall score, individuals male and female with the highest average, and team with the highest average. These will be awarded, after the calculations have been completed.
5. Remember the registration fee is $40 per person, $200 for a team of up to 5, and $240 for a team of 6, but this is just the minimum!!
7. Someone will be coming around to get a team picture of your team. Use the sign stapled to the team bag at the lane as your sign for the photo.
8. We will do our best to accommodate all team requests to have adjoining lane assignments. (NOT GUARANTEED)
9. We will have drawings for many different exciting prizes at the event. You will have five pieces of paper with your name on them in your bag at your lane. You will have the opportunity to place your name into the jar in front of the prize you wish to win. Your name will be announced over the loudspeaker if you have won. Also bring cash if you’d like to participate in the 50/50 raffle.
10. If you registered by July 15th, 2025 or if your team is a Strike or Spare Sponsor, your pizza and pitcher of soda will be delivered to your lane. If you desire additional food or beverages, they can be purchased at the snack bar.
