A celebration of innovation & entrepreneurship in charlotte
Part of the City of Charlotte's Small Business Month, Charlotte Innovation Week (CIW) is a week-long celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship in the Queen City. Organized by  Innovate Charlotte, a nonprofit with a mission to grow the innovation-led entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Charlotte area, CIW is an opportunity to bring the community together to celebrate the people, purpose, and practice of making meaningful innovation and entrepreneurship happen here every day. We’re bringing together key stakeholders – entrepreneurs, investors, and support organizations – within our ecosystem to connect and explore ways to collaborate and build a better Charlotte.

Free coworking will be available all week long at Tabbris during Charlotte Innovation Week. Simply fill out the form and choose your days that week. Free coworking is valid from 9am to 5pm and does not include the weekend. Days cannot be split into different weeks.

Talent Jam is back for Charlotte Innovation Week 2023! This unique event connects local tech and business talent with startups and innovative companies that need them in ways traditional networking events and job fairs simply don't. Instead of the usual formats, this high-energy, hyperlocal event features dueling, open-mic pitches where hiring companies and people looking for opportunities each give alternating 60-second pitches. Pitches are followed by a casual but impactful networking reception.

Charlotte Angel Fund May Meeting

Charlotte Angel Fund is a collection of over 100 Charlotte area investors who have pooled capital for the purpose of making angel investments in highly scalable early-stage companies. As a part of CIW23, the May meeting is open to the public to allow interested entrepreneurs and investors to see how an angel fund works.
