Todd Inskeep - Founder & Executive Cybersecurity AdvisorFounder & Executive Cybersecurity Advisor Incovate Solutions !
Presentation Title:

Bio: I am a business-focused cybersecurity and risk management executive who has guided Fortune 1000 organizations through complex transformations. My leadership includes roles at Bank of America, Samsung, Booz Allen Hamilton, and government service at the National Security Agency (NSA). Through these experiences, I’ve developed deep expertise in cybersecurity, innovation, and organizational change management.
At Booz Allen Hamilton, I led large-scale cybersecurity engagements, partnering with CISOs and executive teams on security assessments, board presentations, enterprise-wide protection programs, and compliance with global standards (ISO 27001, NIST 800-53, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS). This hands-on work taught me how to align security strategies with business objectives—facilitating secure digital transformation, seamless M&A integrations, and sustainable growth.
Key Board Competencies & Leadership Highlights
• Strategic Risk & Compliance Oversight: Designs and executes enterprise risk frameworks, balancing threat mitigation with operational efficiency.
• Cybersecurity & Data Privacy: Serves as a Fractional/Virtual CISO, crafting multi-year strategies, leading incident response, and anticipating evolving regulations.
• Business Expansion & Transformation: Leads security and technology initiatives that drive growth, integrating cybersecurity from the ground up.
• M&A & Post-Merger Integration: Evaluates technology portfolios and optimizes security controls to reduce risks, unify processes, and accelerate integration value.
• Innovation & Intellectual Property: Developed multiple patents, applied Design Thinking for team innovations, and analyzed emerging technologies to reduce fraud and generate new revenue.
• Organizational Change Management: Guided cultural shifts at the NSA and in the private sector, enabling teams to adopt new processes and technologies effectively.
• Board & Executive-Level Engagement: Briefs C-suites and boards on strategic and cybersecurity risks, technology investments, and scalable growth models.
I thrive at the intersection of business strategy, cybersecurity, and technology—helping organizations protect critical assets, foster innovation, and build long-term value. As an accomplished speaker at NACD chapter meetings and the RSA Conference, I share insights on emerging trends, best practices, and proactive governance. I welcome opportunities to serve on a corporate board where forward-looking cybersecurity, innovation, strategic transformation, and regulatory compliance are vital to success.
