Table 1From Pilot to Production: Operationalizing Revenue Cycle Innovation: What it actually takes to execute on innovation across the RC function: pruning vendor portfolios to close real gaps, pushing AI and automation past the pilot stage, and building the org design, skill mix, and culture that turn ideas into operations.
Table 2What's Working. What's Next. Revenue cycle leaders don't lack ideas; they lack time to compare notes. This session cuts straight to it: what actually moved the needle in 2025, what you're betting on in 2026, and where the smartest teams are directing their time, budget, and attention. Real strategies, real investments, and an honest look at whether the priority is protecting margin, capturing revenue, or both.

Hindsight in the Room: If I Knew Then What I Know Now
The best advice in our industry rarely shows up in a deck; it surfaces in side conversations and half-jokes about early mistakes. We'll pose questions to a group of seasoned leaders, then open the floor for reactions. Expect honest takes on the wins worth chasing, the traps worth avoiding, and the instincts worth trusting sooner.

Interactive Roundtable Discussion Round Two
Table 3 – The Patient Cash Problem: Self-pay is under pressure from every direction — OBBBA, rising marketplace premiums, more uninsured volume, and little penalty for non-payment. Most of those problems start before a bill is ever generated: at registration, eligibility, and the first patient interaction. We'll look at what leading teams are doing on the front end to stop write-offs before they start, and how they're rethinking self-pay workflows, communication, and collection strategy.
Table 4 – Payer Strategy: Playing Offense in a Moving Target Environment:  Denials are climbing, prior auth is expanding, and payers are deploying their own AI to tighten the screws. The teams winning this fight aren't just reacting faster, they're building RC operations that absorb volatility and play offense. We'll look at how leading teams turn payer complexity into an executable playbook: denial prevention, prior auth automation, and tracking policy changes before they become write-offs.

Guest Speaker: Max Major
This year's Client Summit closes with something different. We've brought in world-renowned mentalist Max Major (of America's Got Talent fame!) to challenge the way you think about execution – because the biggest barrier to operationalizing innovation isn't your technology or your vendor. It's your mindset. Prepare to be amazed.

Max Major
WORLD RENOWNED MENTALIST & HYPNOTIST
Big ideas don't stall because of bad strategy. They stall because of the way we think — about risk, about limits, and about what's actually possible.

Max Major is a world-renowned mentalist who has shared stages with industry giants including Salesforce, Amazon, the Wall Street Journal, and the NBA. His keynote is part spectacle, part transformative leadership experience — and it will challenge every person in the room to rethink what execution really looks like.

For revenue cycle leaders navigating payer volatility, AI adoption, and mounting operational pressure, this session is a timely reminder: the gap between vision and results isn't a resource problem. It's a mindset problem — and it's solvable.

Key Takeaways:
1. Identify the mental barriers that keep bold ideas stuck in pilot mode
2. Build the instincts to anticipate change rather than react to it
3. Leave with a renewed sense of what's possible – and a concrete framework for getting there
