"Disruption Results In Opportunities"

• The past fifteen months have presented challenges, struggles and difficulties for individuals, families, and communities. At the same time, these disruptions also create opportunities for growth, new ideas and new experiences. Life moves quickly and it is easy to get caught up in the urgent, in the busy, the daily need-to-dos and this can negatively affect your quality of life. In a fun and fast-paced learning environment, this presentation explores strategies for individuals to reenergize, focus on the positive and design the best future while enjoying the present. Please come prepared to smile, laugh, and enjoy the presentation.

Training themes include:
o Strategies to stay energized and identify positive options
o Addressing the impact of current and future uncertainty
o Discussing workgroup/workplace changes – people, spaces, technology, and expectations
o Adapting to change – acknowledging the power of comfort zones
o Priority clarity vs. time management
o Impacts of a growth mindset and life-long-learning
