Meals:
Two healthy, organic meals are served daily. This includes colorful communal dinners and simple breakfasts with a focus on plant-based, local, organic food. Vegan and gluten-free options are available. Please let us know about your dietary needs. The inn suites include kitchens for preparing other meals, beverages, and snacks.

🌎 In gratitude for the Makah Tribe who are the traditional stewards of this land since time immemorial. We acknowledge and honor the people and ancestral land past, present, and future of the Makah. The retreat includes unique opportunities to learn about and celebrate Makah traditions, arts, and culture. A portion of retreat proceeds will support outdoor recreation for the local tribal community.
🌿 Adults of all backgrounds, ages, and experiences are welcome and will enjoy the retreat benefits - no background in yoga, meditation, or hiking is needed. The retreat plan includes flexible walking distances and exertion levels and plenty of time to sleep, enjoy the coziness of your room, leisurely sip your morning tea or coffee, birdwatch, and walk the beach. Bring your own kayak or paddle board to get out and enjoy the water!

3-night beachfront stay at the Bullman Beach Inn with discounted rates and a variety of comfortable accommodations for individuals and groups. Inn suites includes ocean views, kitchens, and spacious common areas.

Participants receive a $15/night discount off the $135-$165/unit/night. Suites accommodate up 3 people. Enjoy a room to yourself or share a room with family or friends.

Our experienced and enthusiastic team has certified expertise in yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and outdoor recreation. We joyfully look forward connecting with you, guiding meditation and facilitating mind-body-breath integration. Our grounding and awe-inspiring nature excursions include forest bathing and guided hikes. 
Ashwini Sadekar
Artist, Teacher

Ashwini's yoga journey began in India during her childhood, where she practiced under a master teacher. Now a celebrated instructor, her unique approach blends her background as an Electronics Engineer and realist painter. With 200-hour and 500-hour yoga teacher training, she leads the YTT program at UW REC, earning a reputation for effective teaching aligned with Yoga Alliance guidelines. Her methodology incorporates yoga philosophy, Sanskrit, anatomy, breathwork, and creative class design, making learning yoga enjoyable for her students. Specializing in Himalayan Kundalini tradition and certified in prenatal and yin yoga, Ashwini's humorous and philosophical approach is appreciated by her students.

Beyond yoga, Ashwini's passion for Bollywood dance fitness finds its way into her classes. With extensive experience guiding both in-person and online yoga, facilitating Yoga Teacher Trainings, and conducting workshops and retreats, she's a sought-after teacher. Her teachings foster a deep mind-body-breath connection, integrating posture alignment, fluid movements, breath exploration, and guided meditations. Ashwini's vision is to inspire her students to harmoniously integrate their passions, just like the great polymath Leonardo da Vinci. Besides yoga, Ashwini is a talented visual artist, creating vibrant paintings that reflect her love for integrating art with life, embodying a unique blend of creativity, logic, and spirituality.

Rachel Cline

Rachel is passionate about holistic health and the well-being of people and planet. She is a former professional volleyball player and nonprofit VP turned yoga instructor and naturopathic medicine student. Since completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training, Rachel has been teaching a variety of vinyasa style classes at local studios and community recreation centers. Focused on accessibility and guiding safe, lively, heart-centered, and trauma-informed integrative practices, her compassionate approach and dynamic offerings are rooted in yogic philosophy and science. Weaving mindfulness, embodiment tools, and breathwork inspired by nature, her instruction facilitates deeper relaxation, healing, and growth.

During her career, Rachel has focused on promoting well-being and opportunity, addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion in youth and education development across local and international organizations and programs.

Rachel is also an avid hiker and enjoys dance, climbing, paddle boarding, backpacking, and stargazing. She completed an 8-week intensive climbing program with Mazamas and is experienced guiding safe outdoor recreation.

$275 per person retreat fee (plus lodging)
Lodging costs: paid separately to Bullman Beach Inn. Retreat rates for rooms are discounted ($15/night). Lodging cost per person depends on your chosen room and group size.

Community Connection:
A portion of proceeds will go to All Are We Water Collective, to support outdoor recreation for local Indigenous communities.

Carolyn Votaw
Artist, explorer
Carolyn Votaw has managed Bullman Beach Inn since 2017 and has developed a great love for the area through hiking, surfing, learning from and connecting with the greater Neah Bay community, and more. She is looking forward to welcoming retreat participants to the edge to enjoy Bullman Beach Inn and the greater area.
