Meet our Headliner: Rick Currie
For the past few decades, Rick Currie has been featured at clubs and corporate events across the country as well as on CTV, The Comedy Network, Sirius XM,  CBC TV and CBC Radio. He’s also appeared at numerous comedy festivals including Just for Laughs, Winnipeg and Halifax.

Rick has written for many TV shows including: The Scotiabank Giller Prize, the Canadian Country Music Awards, six national CBC New Years Eve specials and Canada’s 150th birthday celebrations from Parliament Hill.

For 8 years he was a staff writer for the CBC TV show “The Rick Mercer Report” where he collected 3 Canadian Screen Awards, wrote a sketch that was filmed on the International Space Station and put words into the mouths of celebrities from Prime Ministers to pop stars. He continues to work with the Rick Mercer team on various projects.

Meet Bobby Knauff
Originally from Thunder Bay, Bobby Knauff moved to Toronto in 2006 to pursue comedy. He attended the Humber School of Comedy where he received the Brian Linehan award for artistic promise. Bobby has performed on The Fresh Meat Showcase at The Second City, NXNE Music & Comedy Fest, JFL42, was a semi finalist in SiriusXM Canada’s Next Top Comic (2013), won the 2012 Toronto Comedy Brawl, has had numerous appearances on Much Music and MTV Canada and has toured across Canada headlining with Yuk Yuks. In May, 2020 Bobby put out his first album “Rock Bottom”, widely played on satellite radio and available everywhere.

Bobby can also be seen in many commercials, guest roles on television and can be heard as a voice actor in numerous cartoons. He is also one half of the sketch duo “The Two Sues” with Josh Stone, and is a puppeteer with his puppet buddy Andre. Bobby now resides in Ottawa, enjoys talking about his minor accomplishments in the third person and also enjoys the company of cats over people.
Michael is a comedian, chiropractor, father (canine and human) and a large dog hair repository. He combines keen observation with a dry wit and a touch of sarcasm to make fun of his favourite target, himself... as well as a few other deserving people.
