Dialogue with the Doctors connects you directly with top physicians in an intimate setting -- the comfort of your own home! Each of our speakers will begin with a short talk, then the rest of the evening is designed to be an engaging conversation.

Outside of the bedroom, we're chatting with our experts about ways to discuss our health challenges with our friends and loved ones.

DR. TIFFANNY JONES

Tiffanny Jones, MD, specializes in obstetrics and gynecology and reproductive endocrinology at Conceive Fertility Center in Irving, Texas. 
Dr. Jones earned her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee, and did her fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. She has served as a fellow representative on the education committee and a lecturer at the Mayo Clinic.

A California native, Dr. Jones has earned several awards and honors, including Alpha Omega Alpha and the Nurses Choice Award for Resident of the Year. She is also a member of the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists, the Society for Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, the Pacific Coast Reproductive Society, the Society for Reproductive Investigation and the American Society for Reproductive Medicine.

Dr. Jones has clinical expertise in all aspects of the diagnosis and management of infertility. She understands the emotional investment of couples undergoing fertility treatment and stands with her patients while striving to give the best care to those seeking fertility treatment.
Dr. Jones is very active in her community and volunteers in several different organizations. She currently resides in Dallas, Texas, and enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. She’s an avid moviegoer and is a wizard in the kitchen, as it is her second love next to the field of infertility. 
DR. SHYAMA MATHEWS

Dr. Shyama Mathews is a board-certified Gynecologist, AAGL certified Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgeon, and NAMS Certified Menopause Practitioner.  
She attended medical school at Albany Medical College, did her OB/GYN residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in NYC, and spent another two years at Mount Sinai Hospital for a Minimally Invasive GYN Surgery Fellowship. As a Gynecologist, she gets to meet and take care of women (cis/trans) at all stages of their lives. Her particular interests include the management of endometriosis, fibroids, chronic pelvic pain, and menopause. In listening to to her patients’ fears and concerns, Dr. Mathews strives to find the treatment plan that is best suited to their individual needs. She loves to educate and empower her patients with knowledge, so they can participate in their health care and make informed decisions about their bodies.

Rosco Spears is a Creative Director and self-taught visual artist from the west side of Detroit.

When time allows, Rosco spends her days working with children. Holding a masters degree in Criminal Justice Administration (with an emphasis on Juvenile Justice), she combined her passion for working with youth and her passion for creating over the past several years in arts education. She has taught arts education in classrooms all across New York City, Arkansas, New Jersey, Bangalore, India, Shanghai and more. While creative directing and teaching over the past 8 years, Rosco has suffered with fibroids and is using her voice and story to raise awareness about this prevalent condition.
