‣ Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
Refunds are not available. Tickets to CWW are transferrable up until May 1st, 2022.
‣ How does the conference tie into Amanda's coaching program?
Those who purchase a conference ticket (in-person, or virtual) will have the cost of their ticket applied as a discount to the Confident Woman Coaching program starting in June 2022!
Not only that, but conference registrants will also get priority spots in the program, since Amanda is taking a MAXIMUM of 30 women (15 mentorship track and 15 entrepreneurship track).

A lunch on Friday is included for VIP ticket registrants. Other than that, all attendees will be responsible for purchasing their own meals.
The great news is that there are lots of restaurants directly across the street from the venue! You can walk across the street to a nearby restaurant and even shop at the stores at Watters Creek!

‣ Where should I stay during cww?
Lucky for you, the Watters Creek Convention Center is also a Marriott hotel! For the best conference experience, we recommend booking a room at the on-site hotel through our room block link which will be sent to you via email after registering for CWW.

‣ Which airport should I fly into?
We recommend that you fly into the DFW International Airport or Dallas Love Field airport. Both are approximately 33 minutes away from the venue! CWW does not currently provide transportation from an airport to the venue.
‣ Will there be an option to attend virtually?
We are hoping to add a virtual option soon, however we cannot guarantee that a virtual option will be made available.

We will check the temperature of every attendee at the registration table and at the door. Attendees with a body temperature above 100° F/ 37.7° C will not be allowed to attend.
