Connection Concert • Sunday April 26, 2:30-7:30pm
It's April in Minnesota & we are in the swings from winter to spring, winter to spring...
Let's gather & share music & cuddles & perhaps... entice spring to STAY!!

Connection Concerts are consent-based, embodiment-focused, playful music and community-healing events — a hybrid workshop, concert & community healing & co-regulation experience.
First-timers (and experienced attendees) actually look different as the event progresses... there's a glow & softening, sweet energy to everyone as we care for ourselves & one another, share music, stories & our authentic selves.
