What Are Connection Concerts? Connection Concerts are consent-based, embodiment-focused, playful music and community-healing events—a hybrid workshop & concert!
First-timers often say this is their FAVORITE event and leave lit up with joy and energy. We all need platonic connection, music, play, care, and community—and Connection Concerts create exactly that.

- ~5pm — Concert, cuddling & the 4 Pillars of Traditional Healing
- ~6pm — Sound Bath! by one of our special guests!
- ~6:30pm — Closing circle & harvesting
You'll experience authentic sharing, dancing, music, consent practices, optional touch/cuddling, song circles, storytelling by Katie Strand, and open mic for participants to share poetry, music, or movement. All participation is optional—tune into your inner compass!
