Morgan Molitor is the co-founder of construction2style (c2s), a Minnesota-based design-build firm and content agency known for its bold, transparent approach to home remodeling, marketing, and storytelling. She also leads Neon Lion Media and co-hosts both the Contractor Coalition Summit and BuildHer Retreat, empowering builders and brands nationwide.
