An intimate four-day summit, with pre-party activities kicking off the day before, hosted by Brad from AFT Construction out of Scottsdale, Nick from NS Builders in Boston, Morgan from construction2style out of Minneapolis, and Tyler from TRG Home Concepts out of New Jersey. This conference is specifically designed for General Contractors, and those in the building and remodeling home industry.

Nick, Morgan, Tyler and Brad come from different segments of the construction industry, ranging from high-end luxury builders to interior residential remodelers, designers, and media companies. This diversity suggests that attendees can expect a well-rounded perspective on various aspects of the business.

They have spent a combined 40+ years in this industry investing hundreds of thousands of dollars to be able to get their brand and companies where they are at today. They will leave nothing off of the table at this intimate summit and are confident that you will get your value within the first hour.

Wondering how to address contracting systems, create organizational charts, billing, scaling, creating AIA docs, contracts, subcontracts, cost-plus percentages, scheduling, expansion on sales beyond the construction business, how to produce multiple streams of revenue through the construction industry, secure brand partnerships, or simply how to run a profitable construction business? We got you.

By addressing these topics comprehensively and offering tangible takeaways, the Contractor Coalition Summit aims to equip contractors with the knowledge and tools needed to excel in the construction industry and elevate their brands. Providing networking opportunities and including food and drinks adds value to the event and enhances the overall experience for attendees.

ABOUT THE EVENT
This four-day conference is focused on the Construction Industry towards General Contractors, Nick, Brad, and Morgan are three individualized brand founders, ranging from high-end, luxury builders to interior residential remodelers, designers, and media companies. The founders have experience spanning from the East Coast to the West Coast and the Midwest. This geographic diversity can bring regional insights and experiences, which can be particularly valuable in the construction industry, where local conditions and practices often differ.

The founders emphasize that they've not only experienced the highs of running a profitable company but also the challenges of being non-profitable. This suggests that they are open about sharing their successes and failures, providing valuable lessons for attendees.

Attendees can expect to learn about the strategies and steps required to scale a construction business successfully and explore ways to generate multiple streams of revenue. This is particularly important in an industry that often requires significant upfront investment. They've invested substantial amounts in their own companies indicating a commitment to their businesses and a willingness to share their insights and best practices.

The founders advocate for a sense of community and collaboration within the construction industry, rather than seeing others as competitors. This ethos can foster a positive and supportive environment for all attendees.

Overall, this conference offers a unique opportunity for those in the construction industry to learn from individuals with diverse experiences and backgrounds. Attendees can expect to gain practical knowledge, insights, and a sense of camaraderie within the construction community.

Who's ready to take their construction brand to the next level?!

This Summit includes all food and drinks. And we'll make sure you are wined and dined. Hotel and flights are not included. Space is limited as we want this to remain intimate for personal interaction.

What Past Attendees Have to Say?
"The Coalition you all worked so hard to present was a career-shifting event."

Brad -"Build the business from the top down, not the bottom up" punched a new hole of light into my brain. Such a simple flip of logic that literally highlights the reason for my limited reach this past decade. This one piece of professional advice ALONE justifies the expense of coming out! Your genuine humility and steadfastness proves that leaders can be successful while being kind and generous. The particulars of contract negotiation, precon, and company organization seriously clarified some "from now one we're doing this" type changes that our company is changing as we speak. On a personal level, you were so accessible, you made us feel relevant and part of a larger community- the spiritiness of your energy is truly awesome and inspiring.

Morgan, You're a marketing comet. Much of the coalition's content is driven by experience or strategy (measuring and learning or projection/vision) whereas your material is rooted squarely in the present - "what is trending right now, today?" Paying attention to actual trends and using metrics to find or justify these findings is such an obvious marketing strategy but clearly something I've never focused on. Your presentations on metric mining and use, on Apps, and on Vendor partnerships were really overwhelming in a great way. I felt like my net could barely hang on to your comet of ideas! The two biggest takeaways for me were "always maintain ownership of your material" because we nearly abandoned our website and now I appreciate the importance of making that our Home Base for content, and "Google favors Google" which was so simple but overlooked on our part! Likewise, Morgan, you were super approachable, engaging, and willing to answer any odd question- I really wish I had been more prepared to ask better questions...

Nick - For me, it all started with you and your damn Videos. Because of you, our marketing expenditure climbed at least 600%. Nick, you're a tour de force. I've wasted a fair amount of time oscillating between envy and discovery watching your content, always looking for reasons to de-throne this guy all the while missing the point- competition leads to scarcity, collaboration leads to growth. You've presented to me, and likely countless more, a leadership example of what sharing looks like, of what intentionality looks like, and what setting boundaries and expect
ations looks like - i.e.- measured choice over situational reaction (the wrong hire, the wrong partnerships, the wrong clients). Your meteoric rise in the Boston area is inspiring and helps to reflect a mirror on how we can do this better.

To summarize- all of you have chosen to be simultaneously vulnerable and bold in order to share an immense amount of creative and useful wisdom and all of us in the coalition are better (future) leaders because of it :)
You're doing your part to rise the tide and have inspired many of us to learn, participate, and one day do the same."

Nick Schiffer
FOUNDER, NS BUILDERS
Nick Schiffer started NS Builders in 2014, fulfilling his lifelong dream to build amazing houses. Applying his education from Fitchburg State University, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology/Management, and drawing from his real-world experience in building and construction management, Nick made the leap from employee to employer. What began as a small carpentry company quickly earned a stellar reputation for premier home building, large-scale renovation projects, custom cabinet millwork, and even the creation of a digital media company.

At the heart of Nick's success is his family. His wife, Megann, has been his steadfast support, helping him navigate the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Together, they are raising their four children, whose joy and energy fuel Nick’s drive to continue growing his business. Balancing the demands of a growing company with family life, Nick remains committed to being present at home, finding inspiration in both his work and his role as a husband and father.

Nick realized early on that surrounding himself with the right people—dedicated, talented craftsmen who shared his vision for NS Builders—would be one of the wisest investments he could make. And that decision has undeniably paid off. He generously shares his expert advice and first-hand knowledge of building and managing a construction business across multiple social media platforms, including the hugely popular Site Visits. Nick has a firm grasp on how to harness the power of social media, connecting with his followers on a personal level, and providing trustworthy advice, practical tips, and solutions to help anyone take their business to the next level.

Nick’s mission: “To expand the potential of not only myself and my company, but to share my expertise with others. The construction business is always evolving; knowing how to adapt is the key to longevity and success.”
Tyler Grace
Founder, TRG Home Concepts

Tyler is the owner/operator of TRG Home Concepts, a boutique residential remodeling company, specializing in detail-oriented renovations of older homes. Their efforts are primarily focused on smaller projects that afford them adequate time and the budgets necessary for proper design, extensive site-protection, quality installations, comprehensive processes, and the ability to self-perform various trades. He believes that by remaining small, and maintaining intense control over his projects, he is able to deliver an uncompromising product and experience.

Tyler's entire youth revolved around becoming a white collar professional, and steering clear of trades. There was a heavy emphasis on NOT working with his hands as his father did. During his college internships working for civil and commercial construction contractors, he quickly realized he wanted to pursue a more hands-on, self-gratifying path. Despite all the warnings, he started his own residential remodeling company shortly after graduation from Drexel University. It was there he met his eventual wife, Rachel, and they now have two beautiful daughters who keep them on their toes.
Over the past few years Tyler has devoted a considerable amount of time and energy to documenting his journey through the trades. Much of his focus has been on helping other small to mid-size contractors improve their businesses, increase profitability, and achieve sustainability. Tyler currently works with his hands every day, and hopes to continue doing so while helping educate and consult others along the way.

Friday, September 27 | NS Builders Home Tour
NS Builder Home Tours

*Note this is an optional pre-conference activity. If you can't make it, no problem. But trust us - you don't want to miss this.

We'll be touring NS Builders 45 White Oak. The White Oak Residence’s design draws inspiration from the brick and masonry styles of large estates in Eastern Massachusetts. We’ve reinterpreted the distinguished massing of Georgian and Federal style homes into a stoic, slightly asymmetrical masonry shingle building. The design presents a somewhat familiar form, yet behaves in a unique and playful way, exuding privacy and presence from the street view. The house features expansive triple-glazed fixed, sliding, and tilt-turn windows, creating a “glass house” effect with wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the private outdoor areas at the back.

Internally, the residence is a testament to refined taste and elegance. Soft plaster merges with white oak millwork, flooring, and ceilings, complemented by predominantly regional marble and stones. The central feature of the plan is a two-story dining room, anchored by a curving plaster and white oak staircase under a soaring 25-foot atrium. This skylit atrium, clad in the same brick shingle as the building’s facade, ingeniously integrates the exterior with the interior. In terms of engineering and construction, the White Oak Residence is built to Passive House standards, vastly exceeding the norms of traditional “builder grade” homes. This project is not merely a building; it’s a new expression of suburban American architecture and a milestone in redefining what is possible in residential construction.
As an enhanced opportunity, we'll have the team from Wasted with us, showcasing their portable potties - but with a purpose behind them.

ABOUT WASTED:
The Wasted* founders came together through a series of mountaineering expeditions in the backcountry of the Arctic, Patagonia, Nepal, and in their backyard of Lake Tahoe. On these adventures, they were exposed to the human waste crisis happening in our pristine natural ecosystems — where untreated waste was leaking from pits into the surrounding environment.

In search of a solution, they understood scale was required, and quickly. The problem is far greater than they had ever imagined: in our portable sanitation infrastructure, 32 billion gallons of water is being wasted, and over 6 billion gallons of human waste is being unsustainably treated.

They also learned that our waste carries the nutrients needed to grow food — nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium — and that if we can keep pee and poo separate, we can transform our waste into fertilizer.
Another shout out to our repeat event sponsor & partners, Andersen Windows & Doors, who's back sponsoring our pre-conference tour activity.

ABOUT ANDERSEN WINDOWS & DOORS:
Andersen Windows & Doors serves the new residential, home improvement and light commercial market segments, offering a wide range of product solutions through diverse distribution channels and businesses, including a broad network of building-supply dealers and The Home Depot. Building on a nearly 120-year legacy, Andersen is America's most loved brand of windows and doors

It all began in Boston’s famed North End, the vibrant Italian American community that lays claim to many of the region’s best Italian Restaurants.  Within the maze of narrow streets and old brick buildings, Italian pastry shops, restaurants, and old-school delis pack this historic landmark known as America’s oldest neighborhood.  The North End became home to many families immigrating from Italy for decades, including the family of Strega creator Mr. Nick Varano back in 1968.

With locations spanning from Boston’s buzzing Seaport district, and in the heart of Back Bay, Strega Italiano brings its own unique personality to the table. Each location boasts extensive wine lists, beautiful interiors and expanded patios, all while providing inspired dishes, creative cocktails and upscale nightlife.

Join us for an unforgettable evening together continuing to network and grow!

TESTIMONIALS
"Imagine an event that would change the direction of your business forever! The Construction Coalition Summit hosted by @construction2style@nsbuilders @aft_construction was one of those events! We are forever grateful for the relationships we made this week."
- Fine Point Homes | Forth Worth, TX

"A huge thank you to everybody who organized, contributed, and helped make the #contractorcoalitionsummit a smashing success. I will admit that I was a little skeptical going into this - I have been building for over 17 years, have a small tight-knit group of trusted employees and trade partners, and like to think we have a pretty good gig. But, my mind was blown. My cup is full of new knowledge, inspiration, and new friendships, thanks to Morgan and Jamie (@construction2style ), Brad (@aft_construction ), and Nick (@nsbuilders ). THANK YOU for imparting your epic knowledge and experience, and for laughing with me…for four straight days. For a guy who takes extreme care to protect our nights and weekends, this was well worth it."
- Mark D Williams Custom Homes | Minneapolis, MN

"Left Nashville with a smile and about 12 pages of notes from Contractors Coalition Summit. Spent 3 full days learning from @construction2style, @nsbuilders, and @aft_construction along with 30 builders from all over the country. Now it’s time to get to work! Rising tides raise all ships."
- Emergent Construction | Indianapolis, IN

"What a great event with some great people! @construction2style killed with the organization of the event and @aft_construction with @nsbuilders gave us some pivotal information that’s going to take our operation to the next level. Not only that, but also the great network of people we got to meet was also amazing. Some of the best builders in the country!"
- Modern Renovations LLC | Wilmington, MA

"Three powerhouse days of motivation for Allyson! First, at the #contractorscoalitionsummit in Nashville, learning from @morganmolitor @construction2style and Brad Leavitt @aft_construction. Then it was over to @urbanlandinstitute to learn about the best and brightest new high-rise buildings in Chicago and finally to @aiachicago to learn everything about residential architecture.

What a hit! Listening to your talk really pumped me up to tackle social media even more and get serious. You are such a wealth of knowledge and an inspiration. I couldn’t miss an opportunity to see you speak and you didn’t disappoint – I hope you hear me when I say that because you are a rockstar."

- Integro Builders | Chicago, IL
"Just returned from three impactful days in the first #contractorcoalitionsummit led by three of the industry’s best @aft_construction @nsbuilders and @construction2style. Brad, Nick, and Morgan went above and beyond to share best practices with 30+ contractors, all of whom share a vision for excellence in our construction industry. Rising tides lift all ships. I am excited to be back in the office this morning with a plan to make immediate improvements with our people, our systems, and our processes."
- Lost Creek Construction | Colorado Springs, CO

"Progress not perfection… I feel as though to be successful professionally or personally you need to invest in yourself. There is no such thing as perfect but you can always aim for it. I decided to invest in myself and my business over the last four days at the Contractor Coalition Summit in Nashville. It was an eye opening experience where I plan to implement what I learned to grow and better this company."
- Mullen Building | Osterville, MA

"Had an amazing time the last 4 days at the #contractorscoalitionsummit learning from the building industry’s best. Huge respect and many thanks to @aft_construction @nsbuilders @construction2style for not holding back and putting everything they got into this intensive to get better. It’s great to connect with builders all around the nation and to see how much they all care for the homeowners they build for. This is why we do what we do! And we got to stay at the beautifully designed @bobbyhotel in Nashville. Can’t wait to apply what I’ve learned to OHYH."
- Our House Your Home | Richland Hills, TX

"It was truly a great event.  Very close knit bunch of builders from all over and very invested in growing the building community along with themselves.  The blend of building science and business strategies was incredible!

Honestly, probably received more communications from these 30 builders than shows we do with 2,000 people in attendance. As a sponsor, this was very well worth it.

On the execution side and involvement as a group, it was spot on! From the rooftop to the steakhouse, all was very elegant and cozy.

Coming out of this, I feel that long lasting connections were made and I have a greater understanding of the benefits of growing these events as the role of a sponsor."

"What an event! 👌 Catch up on Nathan Anderson's experience at the four-day #ContractorCoalitionSummit in Nashville! It's such a reward getting to learn from other professionals in the construction industry who have taken their businesses to a whole new level. Thank you for having us @aft_construction + @nsbuilders and @construction2style"
