Dr. Timothy Gillespie, DMin. is lead pastor of Crosswalk Church at the Redlands, CA campus, and lead pastor of the Crosswalk Network of Churches. He earned a doctorate in Semiotics and Future Studies from George Fox University. He's an adjunct professor at Azusa Pacific and La Sierra University. He's done TedX talks, been published in many compilations and authored a book with his father, Dr. V. Bailey Gillespie entitled “Love Them and They Will Come,” focusing on the importance of young adult retention and engagement. He's married to Sara Gillespie, creative director of The ONE Project and a designer. They have three amazing children — Hannah, Jacob, and Isaac.

Rick Anderson has big hopes and dreams for the local church and the work of Jesus in emerging generations. He has a passion for helping ministries create meaningful spiritual experiences for those they serve. Rick served as a Worship Pastor in local churches before spending ten years mentoring college students in ministry on the campus of Southern Adventist University. He now works for Adventist Health, helping their 24 hospitals implement holistic well-being programs that impact their associates, patients, and communities. He and his wife Andrea live in the beautiful Pacific Northwest where Rick is a part of the leadership team for Crosswalk Portland.

Alysa Darmody is a Brand Strategist and writer from Chattanooga, TN. Torn between equal loves of story and data, she helps brands like Crosswalk learn how to talk about who they are and what they value. She’s worked as a communications and brand specialist at BlueCross BlueShield of Tennessee for nearly ten years, serves on Crosswalk Chattanooga’s leadership team and fakes well at having a personal life with her husband, Alan, and two kids, Margot and Ollie.
Sam Leonor

Sam Leonor currently works with Adventist Health
overseeing the work of Mission and Spiritual Care.
Previously, he spent over 20 years in University ministry as
Chaplain to the students and faculty of La Sierra University.
He loves finding ways to engage culture deeply for the sake
of the Gospel. His professional life has been devoted to
helping people bloom into a faith that is growing, missional
and full of love.
Sam was raised in Central America where his parents were
part of developing church and health care missions. He has
degrees from Southern Adventist University and Andrews
University.
He is married to Shelley Campbell. Together they have two
college age children, Alexandra and Micah.
