Do you want to connect with our neighbors from diverse backgrounds and share the love of Christ? I invite you to a day of learning, prayer, and exploration as we build bridges with the Hindu community.

What's Planned for the Day?

Cultural Discovery Training: Learn about Hinduism and about cultural differences, so that you can better love your Hindu neighbors and coworkers with the gospel.


Visit the Hindu Temple: Remove your shoes and enter a unique spiritual setting. Learn about Hindu beliefs and practices while interacting with temple members. This is an excellent opportunity to show the love of Jesus through curiosity and respect.

Prayer Walk: We will pray for our city and ask God to bless especially our Hindu neighbors. We'll pray and reflect how we can be a light in our community.

Scavenger Hunt at Apna Bazaar: Have fun exploring an Indian grocery store and discovering unique foods, spices, and cultural elements. This is a great way to engage with the local community while learning about Indian traditions.

Lunch at an Indian Restaurant: We'll enjoy a delicious Indian meal and discuss what we're learning and how to continue building relationships with our Hindu neighbors.
