Alice Tregunna, CEO tic company
Alice is a CAMS certified anti-money laundering professional with a PhD specialising in women leaders of criminal organisations. She is a co-founder of tic company and ATTIC Research Institute and is currently tic company’s CEO. Alice’s career history includes roles in security, investigation, criminology, and AML compliance, as well as academia and publishing. This includes working with leading international organisations like Thomson Reuters, the European Consortium for Political Research, and the Royal United Services Institute (RUSI) Strategic Hub on Organised Crime Research.

Janine is the Co-Founder and CEO of EasyCrypto, New Zealand's leading cryptocurrency trading platform. Easy Crypto now has over 150,000 customers across New Zealand, Australia, South Africa and Brazil, and has recorded over $1.1 billion in sales through the platform over the past three years.
Alex Sims
Associate Professor
Alex is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commercial Law and an Associate at the UCL Centre for Blockchain Technologies (CBT). She teaches a wide range of commercial law subjects. Her primary areas of research and publication are on blockchain technology, in particular, DAOs (decentralised autonomous organisations), NFTs, the regulation of cryptocurrencies and legal issues surrounding smart contracts.
Bernie Hankey
Director
Bernie is both a Director of her own company, 2Compli Limited, and Chair of the NZ AML/CFT Working Group. As a Certified Financial Crime Specialist, and with her years of experience in banking, Bernie has an in-depth knowledge of AML compliance within New Zealand’s financial services industry with an extensive AML network to call on. She has a strong customer focus and is passionate about helping businesses succeed – particularly in the area of AML and CFT compliance.

Our office is located on Level 7 at 52 Symonds Street. You will see the ‘Brother’ logo on the top of the building and there are bike racks on the first level of the car park by the lifts.

Public Transport 

The University of Auckland is close by, and there are plenty of bus routes which stop on Symonds Street.

Driving In 

There are paid parking spaces available under the office which you can access via the driveway at the side of the main entrance. If you use this car park please ensure that you do not use a space assigned to any companies in the building including tic company, as these are allocated to team members who may need to use them.

There is also a Wilson car park over the road from the office, you can purchase a ticket and park there for the event.
