Curry Nights with Nandita at Chloe’s
We're thrilled to warmly welcome you to our first Curry Nights with Nandita pop up at Chloe's in the heart of beautiful Charlbury!

Join us on 2nd March for a five course dinner featuring some of our all time favourite dishes bringing fresh, authentic flavours from Northern India. The quality of the food is driven by our love and care for every ingredient that goes in, including free range chicken, desi ghee instead of vegetable oils and grinding our own spices to bring you dishes that we take pride in.

There will be a bar featuring lovely low-intervention wines and local beers and spirits as well as some cocktails and low-and-no alcoholic drinks to compliment the evenings menu.

Here's a run-down of what we have planned*:

Vegetable Pakoras and Papadums 
Served with a delicious assortment of chutneys for the table. Spoiler alert ~ it also features our homemade mint and coriander chutney that is well loved by our friends and family across the globe (thanks Mum!)

Tikki Fusion Delight 
Next up a delectable Tikki Chana Chaat from the streets of North India. For the uninitiated that's one of the MOST popular street foods of India!! Made with a spiced potato ‘tikki’ aka cutlet served with aromatic chickpeas, topped with tangy tamarind, onions, crispy sev and cooling yogurt for a flavour explosion in your mouth! The medley of sweet, tangy, crispy and spicy make for beautiful authentic Indian street food experience.

Free Range Butter Chicken
Finger-licking tender chicken in a warming aromatic sauce - a Punjabi soul food that we can’t get enough of! It’s our most special curry that won us a big following when we started Curry Nights, definitely one that’s very close to our hearts and we can't wait for you to try it! 

Veggie lovers can pre-order our Paneer Makhni which is just as popular back home. 

Both served with steaming extra-long grain basmati rice.

Sweet Symphony
Delicious warm homemade ‘Gulab Jamuns’ paired with vanilla ice cream, a heavenly combination, bringing out flavours of saffron, cardamom, floral aroma from roses and topped with nuts ~ an absolute delight for the soul! It’s is easily India’s most cherished dessert ~ love at first bite ! 

Spiced Elixir
We'll end the evening with our very own Masala Chai. Crafted with traditional Indian spices, it's a perfect digestive finale, soothing your senses and leaving you with a warm, satisfying glow.

About Nandita 
Hi ! Being born and raised in Punjab, food was celebrated in our household every single day . It is an expression of the different weather and moods ~ rainy days call for a hot cup of chai and pakoras and winters would mean mustard greens for breakfast with hot paranthas! Living close to my grandparents was a treat growing up as we sat around the table as one big family and lunches and dinners were always a big spread!

My urge to recreate my grandma’s and mum’s recipes rose when I was 18, freshly moved out of my home-country India, to the UK and living the student life of beans on toast back in the day. I would spend hours with my mum on the phone trying to perfect the lentils, curries, staple veggies and even the way she would cook her rice! Fast forward to when I got married and lived in the city, worked long hours, coming back home and cooking a steaming hot Indian meal became therapeutic. It was only when we moved to the countryside a few years ago that my love for cooking actually got direction and Curry Nights was born, in an attempt to introduce our fellow villagers to what we have grown up eating, flavours that are so close to our hearts. This passion to bring you the best of dishes from our motherland is fuelled by the love we got and continue to receive from people.
About Curry Nights @ Heyford Park
 Curry Nights started back in 2021 over a casual dinner table conversation as we had recently moved from near London where we lived for over a decade, to the countryside with no accessibility to Indian food nearby. That led to a strong desire to bring our heritage food to everyone in our community and before we knew it, we were catering to not just our village, but also to the lovely people up in Middle Barton and Dunstew too. We now have a long established weekly takeaway trade operating from Heyford Park, just up the road!

Our Curry community has since grown and so have our dreams, of bringing our passion of Indian cuisine to many more food lovers! 
Having Punjabi roots, our core food flavours are very authentic to that region and all our recipes have been passed down generations ~ special thanks to my grandmother who even after she’s gone, continues to influence the way I cook whilst staying true to my roots!

We hope you will join us on this culinary journey and taste the culture of the east through our food.
