Cust School is a small rural school and we have really noticed the positive impact of having our
invaluable student support which gives our children the extra student resources they need to reach their
learning goals.

As a PTA we feel strongly about continuing to make learning support available and
therefore have decided to run our bi-annual fundraiser. We will be running a Midnight
Masque Gala alongside a Live-Auction with the assistance of our local Lions Club.

The Midnight Masque Gala is a fun evening which has attracted large numbers of attendees in the past.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why is there a price increase on tickets?

Taking on the feedback from our event held in 2023, we have included a light meal in this years ticket price. A well known music DUO will also be performing. Using the same format as last year plus SO MUCH MORE.

2. What is the meal that is included?

TBC

3. Is there Eftpos available at Midnight Masque?

Yes we will have eftpos available

4. Is there a courtesy van again?

Absolutely

5. What routes will the van be taking?

We will have two courtesy vans running. One will head towards Rangiora way and the other will run Oxford way. More information on the vans will be posted closer to the time of the event.

6. Are masquerade masks mandatory?

Masks are not mandatory. Just a part of this years theme.

7. Will the local Lions group be providing the same entertainment?

Our lovely Oxford Lions will be there in full force giving us the same entertainment and vibes as our 2023 event.

8. Will there be a kids art auction again?

No this year we will be doing a students native plant sale. In the light of being an environmental school and a rural school the students have been busy growing native seedlings to bring to the community in a bulk sale for the second week of March 2025! They are great for shelter belts, framing gardens and farm planting. Or you can donate to the Cust Community Centre planting projects. We will be updating varieties post Christmas.
