Here are a few important reminders:
PARKING
The hotel parking garage charges a parking fee. Please plan accordingly.
There will be a reduced parking fee for D'mamaw attendees. To avail of the reduce parking fee, go to the 3rd floor to scan your parking ticket then proceed to pay at the parking machine located on the 1st floor/lobby.
VENUE ACCESS
The convention ballroom can be accessed directly from the 2nd floor garage.
If you're not checking in at the hotel, we highly recommend entering through the 2nd floor entrance. Please note: the stairs from the main lobby to the 2nd floor will be locked due to event set-up.
BAR INFORMATION
There will be a 'cash bar' available during the event. Please come prepared if you'd like to enjoy a drink or two.
CHECK-IN
Remember to have your registration confirmation ready upon event check-in (printed or electronic).
REGISTRATION CHANGES
** Our event capacity has been reached. We will not be selling tickets the day of the event**
We understand that plans may change. If you need to transfer your registration to another person, we will accept changes until Thursday, July 17th at 5pm.
We will only accept changes directly from original registrant.
We appreciate your understanding. Organizing an event of this size takes a lot of coordination. Your cooperation will help us run the event smoothly.
