We are asking all Dad's and their child(ren) to join us for an engaging event celebrating the importance of male role models in our community. There will be opportunities to connect with other Dads, gather useful information, and experience gratitude for your valued contributions to family units.
This is a FREE event, but registration is required.
Doors open at 9am.

Join us as we celebrate fathers, brothers, coaches, mentors and all male role models in our quest to create a better community and family unit! It truly takes a village to raise a child and we want to show support to all men that are a part of the Fort Myers/Dunbar Community Village! This event is a tribute to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Legacy.

The City of Fort Myers S.T.A.R.S. presents, Breakfast fit for a King- Breakfast with Dads. This free event is a STARS (Success Through Academic & Recreational Support) initiative, to show appreciation to Fathers of our community. It does take a village to raise a child, and many dads are in the shape of coaches, mentors, uncles, brothers and others doing their part to Live, love, and lead.
The event will begin with icebreaker receptions, games, and a hearty breakfast fit for a King! There will be an inspirational speaker and prizes! We want to help men raise confident kids in a confusing world, using tools of collaboration that every dad needs to prepare for parenting. Don’t miss a moment of fatherhood, brotherhood and good will to prepare for the new year!
