Nellie G. "The Nellie Lama"
Global Consultant
Meet Nell, the mastermind who's single-handedly trying to increase the average IQ of every room she walks into. With a strategy so sharp you could pop balloons with it, she’s often referred to as the "brain" behind "brain trust".

While many are still trying to figure out if the chicken or the egg came first, Nell is three moves ahead, plotting the chicken's corporate takeover and the egg's brand revamp.

For the Danaverse, she’s the logistics whisperer. While Danizens might stumble upon a hiccup or two, Nell's already seen it, smoothed it, and probably made a witty comment about it. She doesn't just pave the way; she turns every bump in the road into a comedic stepping stone, ensuring the Palooza isn't just optimal—it's also a barrel of laughs. Because with Nell, fun isn't just an option; it's the strategy!

Lynn Bradshaw
Artist, Raconteur
Lynn effortlessly blends her love for the natural world with her artistic endeavors. As both an avid hiker and a dedicated artist, she's been inspired by the landscapes she has trekked, translating the beauty of nature onto rock, metal, paper, and pixel.

One of her unique artistic expressions is rock painting, a craft she has honed over the years.

At Danapalooza, Lynn will share her talent and passion for rock painting, offering interested Danizens a chance to get crafty while Palooza-ing. Alongside her artistic talents, Lynn is also known for her warm and genuine nature, making her a cherished friend in the Danaverse.

Lynn's generosity and creativity awaits you at the Palooza.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Pick your Palooza Mean? I am confused....
While the event is multi-day and full of fun and surprises, we realize that everyone has their own path in the Danaverse. You may be able to come from the 4th to the 8th, hike and play, do some crafts, or take a nap. There could be some beer, cocktails and probably some yummy cheese.

But fret not. If you can only come from Friday to Sunday, that is OK too. But do note that Costanoa has a two night minimum on weekends so you would need to come for at least Friday and Saturday nights.

If you are confused about how to proceed please do not hesitate to email the Palooza Brain Trust at [email protected] and we can guide you through the schedule of events to choose the perfect Palooza for you!
I have a question....
Great.  The Danaverse celebrates curiosity. We recommend emailing your question to [email protected]
What kinds of activities will there be? I have a short attention span…squirrel!
The Palooza Planners are working up a selection of potential organized activities to keep on eye on the website for more details. But Costanoa also has a wealth of fun activities that people can try on their own while there. You can hike, bike, and walk to the coast right from the resort. Or the more adventurous can drive a little ways for wine tasting or kayaking. Or for the more laid back, the resort also offers spa treatments.

Costanoa also has a wealth of activities here's a link to their activities page!
Can I bring my own food and drink?
Yes, you can bring snacks and goodies for your room and/or in the common areas (i.e., picnic tables and firepits) but outside food is not allowed at the event on Saturday. Dana has that covered!
Will there be candy?
Oh yes. There will be candy.

Candy can be enjoyable for many people because it often has a sweet taste and a variety of flavors and textures. It can be a fun treat to indulge in occasionally or as a special reward. Additionally, for some people, candy can bring back nostalgic memories of childhood or special occasions.

However, it is important to note that consuming too much candy or other sugary foods can have negative effects on health, including an increased risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes, and tooth decay. It's recommended to enjoy candy in moderation and as part of a balanced and healthy diet.

Need a ride? Give a ride?
Our crack team of Palooza planners will work to connect the Armanauts of the Danaverse for ride sharing to protect the planet and ensure good vibes.
We are working on a message board tool that will allow folks to connect and figure out travel plans. Limited airport pick-up from San Jose and SFO will also be available on Friday the 6th. Stay tuned.....
Is there Dress Code?
Sporty casual - whatever makes you comfortable. There is no wrong answer. Weather is a wild card - we want people warm and comfortable so be prepared for the weather. BUT since Dana is a multi-time bridesmaid, she would also appreciate anyone in a bridesmaid dress.
Can I bring sand?
No.  Dana does not like sand. But for those that really do like sand, you can walk to the beach from the resort. Warning: Approach Dana with sand at your own risk! You might end up triggering her inner sand monster, and nobody wants to see that kind of sandy wrath unleashed.
Can I bring my snake?
No.  Dana does not like snakes.
Can I bring my kids?
While Dana likes kids better than snakes, please kindly leave your kids at home or perhaps offer them up as snake tenders for others....

PRO TIP: The Armanauts of the Danaverse understand fashion and practicality.

Layering is a technique in fashion where multiple garments are worn on top of each other to create a cohesive and stylish look. The user of layering is often someone who values versatility, creativity, and individuality in their fashion choices.

Layering allows the user to create multiple outfits from a few basic pieces of clothing, making it a practical and cost-effective way to express personal style. It also offers a way to adapt to changing weather conditions, as the layers can be added or removed as needed. Fun!

The user of layering often has a good understanding of color, texture, and proportion. They experiment with different combinations of garments, playing with lengths, shapes, and materials to create visually interesting and cohesive outfits. They may mix and match different styles, such as combining a casual t-shirt with a dressy blazer, or a chunky sweater with a sleek leather skirt.

Layering can be used to create a range of different looks, from casual and relaxed to sophisticated and elegant. The user of layering often enjoys the creative process of putting together an outfit, and sees fashion as a means of self-expression and exploration.

If you would like a demonstration of layering by Nell Gharibian please email [email protected].

What is the Danaverse?
The Danaverse is a vast and wondrous place, filled with countless beings of all shapes and sizes. Amidst the swirling galaxies and sparkling stars, there are endless opportunities for connection and companionship.

From the tiniest particles to the grandest celestial bodies, everything in the Danaverse is interconnected, each part influencing and supporting the whole. Just as individual cells come together to form a living organism, so too do individuals and communities come together to form something greater than themselves.

Throughout the Danaverse, there are beings who share common interests, passions, and goals. They come together in communities, whether in physical form or through the wonders of technology, to share their knowledge, ideas, and experiences. They offer support and encouragement to one another, helping each other to grow and thrive.

Friendship is woven into the very fabric of the universe, for it is through our connections with others that we are able to experience the full richness and beauty of life. Whether it's exploring new worlds, discovering new ideas, or simply sharing a moment of laughter or joy, the bonds we form with others make the Danaverse a brighter and more fulfilling place.

YUP! You are the Danaverse, part of a something extraordinary.

What is the Palooza Brain Trust?

Ah, the brain trust! It's like a secret society of brains that come together to solve the world's most perplexing puzzles. Imagine a gathering of Albert Einstein, Sherlock Holmes, and a bunch of super-smart dolphins, all sitting around in a secret underground lair, sipping tea and exchanging witty banter. They wear tiny thinking caps and have their own special handshake involving intricate finger calculations.

The brain trust is like a turbocharged think tank on steroids. Whenever humanity encounters a mind-boggling problem, they swoop in, armed with their prodigious intellects and absurdly oversized magnifying glasses. They brainstorm in a language only they understand—part Morse code, part advanced calculus, and a pinch of interpretive dance.

Their meetings are legendary. Picture this: a room filled with chalkboards covered in complex equations, a team of quantum physicists trying to figure out why socks always disappear in the dryer, and a bunch of monkeys in suits throwing bananas at each other. It's a wild, intellectual carnival that would make your brain spin faster than a hamster on a caffeine binge.

But beware! The brain trust is shrouded in secrecy. To gain access, you must solve a riddle written in Klingon while juggling flaming swords and reciting pi to the 10,000th decimal place. Once you're in, though, you'll be privy to their most guarded secrets, like why toast always lands butter-side down and the true meaning of life (which turns out to be a Monty Python reference).
