Come join in this Dance Masterclass with James Santos and discover the joy of dancing like you!
Sometimes it all can get too serious and we forget to have fun while dancing or have not done so in a long time! Now is the time to let yourself go!
Class will begin with a warm up to get you grounded and in the right head space to move. The final portion of the workshop will be learning a fast-paced and fun piece of musical theater choreography.

This workshop is designed for students and adults with dance experience. Ages 12 to Adult.

If you are not sure what level you are, talk to your dance teacher or reach out to us for more information. Not a dancer or unsure? That is okay too, you can register as an observer.

James Santos
James Santos began his classical ballet training and musical theater performance at a young age. During his career he was an active member of Actors Equity Association, American Guild of Musical Artists and American Guild of Variety Artists. He performed in Radio City Christmas Spectacular with the Rockettes and multiple seasons at The Metropolitan Opera House and New York City Opera. He has been a Dance Captain for national tour, performed in multiple ballets and played principal roles in A Chorus Line (Director, Mitzi Hamilton), Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Follies to name a few.
James’ in addition to his performing career has also had the opportunity to wear many hats in the entertainment world. From Producer, Director, Choreographer and Manager to Marketing, Casting and the guy who cleans the floors, each role has played a significant part in his development. James’ founded The Dance Project, which was housed at the Cascade Theater in Redding, CA for seven years, and in that time created the productions A Cascade Christmas, Stepping Out, Exposed Broadway and directed Once on this Island, Swing, Side by Side by Sondheim. James was Director of Dance at University Preparatory School 2003-2010.
James was Artistic Director for Cirque du Soleil’s Dralion & Amaluna, which performed in Europe, South America and the US. In 2018 he was asked to develop a new production and company for the Government Department of Tourism and Culture in Rosario, Argentina, which ran for one year with great success. James just completed a season as Assistant Company Manager for Enchant Christmas at Resorts World in Las Vegas.
