We’re bringing together movement, collaboration, and small-town charm for a community celebration like no other! Mark your calendars for the Day By Day Dash, a race and fall festival full of good vibes and good people!

We’ll kick things off with a pre-race “happy hour” at B’s Brews Coffee Bar where Beatrice — the new owner of our local coffee spot — will be debuting her signature race day drink. We’ll also have grab & go sourdough goodies for participants made by Megan from All Things Sourdough, perfect for fueling up before the race.

The 5K will start from the municipal parking lot at 9:15AM and end at Felderman Park, with an option to choose between a more leisurely route or a more challenging course! Registration is $37, and includes a race t-shirt, drink ticket, and a goodie bag featuring race info and exclusive coupons to B’s Brews Coffee Bar and Day by Day Mercantile.

After the race, stick around for our Fall Festival at Felderman Park, where the celebration continues with food trucks, live music, a Day by Day Mercantile pop-up, and kids activities sponsored by some of the local non-profit organizations we know and love! We will be hosting a Kids Fun Run at 10:30 AM, taking place right in the grass at Felderman Park. No registration required — just show up and cheer them on!

When you register for the race, you will have the option to add a Kids Activity Bracelet for $15 per child. The bracelet gives access to multiple kids activity stations, hosted by local non-profits. Activities are geared toward kids ages 3–12, and are designed to be hands-on and seasonal. Kids age 2 and under are free and will have access to a few simple activities created just for them. Bracelet proceeds go directly toward supporting the non-profits who are providing supplies and running each booth. Please note that bracelets are non-refundable, as materials are purchased in advance. We will have these available for purchase the day of, but we do recommend you purchasing them with your registration so we can ensure that we have enough supplies for all the littles! T-shirts, kids activity bracelets, & race materials can be picked up on Friday, September 19th at Day By Day Mercantile (122 South Riverview Bellevue, IA) from 11am-6pm OR at B's Brews Coffee Bar on race day from 8-9am! We encourage you to pick up the Friday before if possible!

The Day By Day Dash is a rain-or-shine event, and all registrations are non-refundable. In the event of dangerous or severe weather, race start times or routes may be adjusted for safety, but we are unable to offer refunds due to the upfront costs involved in organizing this event.
